1. Follow directions to the church. New Parish Ministry Center is directly behind the church.  All offices are located there.









Directions to OLHC Church
From Route 495
1. Take Route 495 to the Littleton area, Exit 29A (Route 2 East).
2. Follow Route 2 for about 7 miles until you come to a large rotary, with MCI Concord Prison just beyond the rotary on your right.

3. Immediately upon entering the rotary, take the first right, onto Commonwealth Avenue. The prison parking lot will be on your right and the prison on your left.
4. Follow Commonwealth Ave, for about 0.8 miles, bearing left at the fork in the road (gas station on your left) past the Chrysler dealer, past a block of stores to a railroad crossing.  
5. Take a sharp right after crossing the tracks, in front of a fish market, onto Church Street. Our Lady Church is up the hill, on your left.
From Route 128/95
1. Take Route 128/95 to the Lexington/Waltham area, Exit 29B (Route 2 West). 
2. Follow Route 2 through one traffic light  As you approach the 2nd  light, prepare to make a left-hand turn, staying on Route 2. (All the traffic uses the two left-most lanes to turn left.) Stay on Route 2 West, and follow Route 2 through four traffic lights. 
3. As you pass Emerson Hospital, get in the left lane. At the traffic light after the hospital, turn left onto Route 62 (Main Street). Sign will read West Concord/Maynard.
4. Follow Route 62 for about 0.7 miles, until you come to a traffic light in front of the Ninety-Nine Restaurant. Go left at this light to stay on Route 62.
5. At the next light, take a right onto Church Street. Take your first right into Our Lady's parking lot.
